- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper

Preheat broiler, cover pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Whisk together sugar, mustard, and dill.
Pat salmon fillets dry; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Spoon glaze on top.
Broil 7 inches from heat for about 6 minutes.
