Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

what you need
  • 2 boxes Buffalo chicken chunks (breaded, no bones)
  • 1 lb. Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked & crumbled (can substitute 2 pkg. of real bacon bits)
  • 1 box rotini pasta
  • 1 large bottle Kraft Light Ranch Dressing
  • 1-2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 package Kraft Shredded Cheese
  • Cajun seasoning or hot sauce (optional, to taste)
make it
Cook chicken chunks in microwave according to the box, dice and set aside to cool. Cook and crumble bacon. Cook, rinse and drain the pasta.

Add all ingredients to the pasta and mix well.

Refrigerate for one hour.
This is a large batch that I use to take to pot-luck type functions. Recipe may be halved.
