Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

what you need
  • 3 med. size boneless chicken breast
  • 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) chunky blue cheese dip
  • 1 jar hot sauce
  • 1 box crackers
make it
Boil chicken until fork tender, cool and shred with fork.

Mix in cream cheese and blue cheese dip, adding hot sauce to your taste. Place in fondue or crock-pot to keep warm.

Serve with your choice of finger foods - crackers, nachos, etc.
Keep warm.

Rated  by kikistevens on 7/22/2004 I discovered this recipe at a July 4th gathering and fell in love with it. I make it all the time whenever I have a party or am invited to one. Easy, tasty, and inexpensive to make. To make it low fat, I just use low fat or fat free ingredients. I also serve it with Tostitos Gold Nacho chips. They are nice and thick and hold the dip well.
