Burger Stroganoff

what you need
  • 1 pound lean hamburger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces (small container) sour cream
  • 1/2 pound (1/2 of a 1 pound package) wide egg noodles
make it
Brown the hamburger in a large, deep skillet, using medium heat. Separate the meat as it browns. Add the onion when the meat is nearly done.

When the meat is done, drain the excess fat. Add soup and sour cream, mix well. Continue to cook, using medium heat, until mix is hot.

Prepare the noodles in a separate pot according to the directions on the package.
Notes
(1/2 cup of whipped cream may be added to the burger mix for a different taste)

Place a helping of noodles on a dinner plate, cover with burger mix, enjoy.
