Busy Mexican Style Chicken Dinner

what you need
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can Campbell's Low Fat Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 cups rice
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
make it
Place chicken in crock-pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour salsa and cream of mushroom soup over chicken.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, prepare rice to package directions.
Before serving, add frozen corn and the sour cream and mix well. Serve over rice. Garnish with black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, or green onions if desired.
