Butterscotch Brownie Cookies

what you need
  • 1 box (21 1/2 oz.) fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously Pam-spray 2 cookie sheets. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except morsels and nuts by hand until dough is formed. Stir in morsels and nuts.

Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto sheets.

Bake one sheet at a time 8-12 minutes until cracked in appearance. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely. Store in plastic food storage bags.

Rated  by corrigna3 on 12/19/2009 Very good cookie. I left out the nuts and added a whole bag of butterscotch morsels. I will make these again.
