what you need
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Cajun spices
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound cooked pasta, any type
- Grated parmesan cheese

Saute chicken in a skillet with butter and Cajun seasonings for 5 minutes.
Cut peppers into strips and add to skillet. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat.
Add cream and seasonings. Heat through. Add pasta and stir. Heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can change this recipe to meet your needs. To make more servings, add more pasta. I have added 2 pounds of pasta instead of one without changing the amount of cream. You can also add more veggies such as onions and mushrooms. If you wanted to, you could try this recipe with shrimp.
