what you need
  • 6 fajita-size tortillas - flour or corn
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Kraft Mozzarella, Kraft Cheddar, and/or Kraft Colby-Jack; mixed quantities as desired
  • Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Additional toppings as desired:
  • *Diced cooked ham, cooked sausage, cooked burger, Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs-thinly sliced, etc.
  • *Chopped onion, peppers, pineapple, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, etc.
make it
Prepare barbeque grill- gas or charcoal - to LOW coals.

Brush tortillas, both sides, with olive oil and place on grill. Cook one side to golden brown and turn. Working quickly, over each tortilla spread 1/4 spaghetti sauce, shredded cheeses, meats and vegetables as desired, and top with parmesan. Close lid and cook approximately 4-8 minutes. Cooking time varies by temperature of grill and amount/ type of toppings.
Notes
This recipe began as an alternative to grilled meat or plain sandwiches when camping. We bring leftover spaghetti sauce and have all the other ingredients ready in plastic bags. Its now a special home barbeque treat that can be custom-made to each person's tastes!
