what you need
  • 2 packets chipped beef
  • 6-8 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 6-8 slices bacon
  • 2 cans cream of ______ soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
make it
Layer in crock-pot in the following order:
Chipped beef cut into little pieces
Chicken breast wrapped in a slice of bacon
2-3 Tablespoons soup

When all layers are in crock-pot, pour remaining soup on top and sprinkle contents of onion soup mix over soup.

Cook in crock-pot on low for 4-6 hours.
Notes
1 cup dry cooking sherry can be added to the cream soup for extra flavor.

Rated  by Tanadas on 8/16/2009 This was a big hit! I cut the chicken in half and rolled each with the bacon. I used Cream of Mushroom soup. (Only 1 can instead of 2 by mistake). Cooked it on High for 2 hours turned it down to low for another 2 hours. Served it with sour cream on top. Can't wait for the leftovers!
