Cheddar Chili Dip

what you need
  • 2 blocks cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cans favorite chili
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • Black olives, sliced
make it
Thaw cream cheese to room temperature. Then in a 9x11 glass baking dish, spread cream cheese on bottom. Then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top of cream cheese.

Pour on both cans of chili, spread evenly. Then spread diced green chilies on top of chili. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying this delicious dip. Then sprinkle the olives on top while the dip is cooling.
Notes
This dip is great with restaurant style chips.
