Cheese and Broccoli Soup

what you need
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 head fresh broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Open cans of soup and pour in 2 qt. pot; add milk.

Clean broccoli and snip just the heads off. Cut into small pieces and add to soup mixture.

Cook for 15 minutes over med heat. Serve warm.
Good for cold nights with sandwiches.

Rated  by davidowski on 12/10/2010 I was in a hurry and used frozen broccoli instead of fresh. My husband thought it was very good. I think the fresh would have been better. I'll try it next time.
