what you need
  • 1 pkg. (21.5 or 23.6 oz.) fudge browine mix
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay margarine or Breakstone butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetend condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 can ready to spread chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare browine mix as package directs. Spread into well
greased 13x19 inch baking pan.

In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetend condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over brownie batter.

Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Spread with frosting. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

what can be better than brownies and cheesecake? This gives the best of both worlds, rich and chewy. Your family will love them.
