what you need
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
make it
1. In a med. saucepan, melt the cream cheese with the milk over medium-low heat.
2. Add the garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; combine. Stir in blue cheese. Let cool. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. The dip can be made a day ahead.
3. To serve the dip, separate it into a couple of small bowls or ramekins and spread them around the table.
