what you need
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3 packages (10-ounce each) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 3 ounces ham, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add cheeses and continue cooking, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in corn and ham.
Transfer mixture to casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
