Cheesy Italian Chicken

what you need
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans of milk
  • 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Italian bread crumbs
make it
Cook chicken breast in butter or margarine till browned. Mix soup & milk and whisk to mix well.

In a 13 x 9 long dish, place a little soup mix on bottom, lay chicken breast right side up and cover with more soup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and rest of the soup on top. Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs all over top to cover.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
Notes
I use 4 chicken breasts sometimes and do it the same way as stated above.

Good with rice and a salad or potatoes.
