Cheesy Tukey Meatloaf

what you need
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion (about 1/4 cup)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Kraft sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Kraft mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
make it
Preheat oven to 400. In a large food processor place bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, onion and garlic. Pulse until combined. Add turkey. Again pulse until combined

Place 1/2 mixture into a greased loaf pan. With a spoon create a crevice down the center of the loaf making sure not to scrap to the bottom of the pan. Add all the cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Cover with remaining meat mixture.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Remove foil. Cover top with remaining cheese and continue to bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Goes great with mashed potatoes.
