Cheesy Velveeta Chicken and Rice Casserole

what you need
  • 2 Minute Rice Boil 'n Bags, cooked
  • 3 or 4 lg. boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up into one-inch pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 large stick Velveeta, cut up in cubes
  • 1 package Velveeta Shredded Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine everything except shredded Velveeta.

Spread in Large GLASS baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Shredded Velveeta and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes and then remove foil and bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
I whipped this up one night and my family loved it. I have very picky eaters to cook for and this pleased everyone. Now they request my Cheesy Velveeta Chicken and Rice Casserole on a regular basis.
