what you need
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 3 cans Great northern white beans
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 can Ro*Tel
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
make it
Add all ingredients in crock-pot except cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream.
Cook on high for 4 hours. During last hour add sour cream and heavy cream.
Garnish with cheese and serve with corn bread.
