Chicken Parmesan Pita Wrap

what you need
  • 2 pkgs. Oscar Mayer Italian Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 cup olive oil, divided
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 4 pita wraps
  • 2 cups Romaine shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 cup Kraft Parmesan Salad Dressing
make it
Put chicken in bowl. Add oil, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar and garlic. Mix together. Place in fridge for 10 minutes.

Pour remaining oil in skillet. Add onions and bell peppers. Fry for one minute.

Add chicken mixture. Fry stirring 5 minutes. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place lettuce on pita wraps. Spoon chicken over bed of lettuce. Top with tomato and parmesan dressing. Enjoy.
