Chicken Pot Pie (Stacee)

what you need
  • 2 - 3 large skinless chicken breasts, cut in squares
  • 1 tsp. nature seasoning
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 3-4 lg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 large can)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen potatoes
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 can biscuits or 1 box pie crusts
make it
Cut chicken breasts into small chunks, add sprinkle of seasoning and cook until almost done. Add onion, celery and mushroom and 1 tsp. seasoning, finish. Mix in other ingredients.

Place in 9 X 13 dish. Cover with biscuits or pie crust.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
May add extra seasoning to mixture after adding all ingredients. To taste. Needs to be thicker if using biscuits as topper.
