Chicken & Potato Casserole

what you need
  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast/strips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not add water)
  • 1 can cream of potato soup (do not add water)
  • Stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup green peppers
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Boil chicken, rinse. Let chicken cool some.

Dice chicken into small pieces. Add both cans of soup. Mix well. Add dry stuffing mix, green peppers and onions. Stir until all mixed well. Add salt and pepper.

In a lightly greased baking dish or pan, pour all ingredients in.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
