what you need
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tub (10 oz.) Original or Sante Fe Blend PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 6 (8 or 10 inch) tortilla shells
- 2 cups shredded Mexican style cheese
- Sour cream (optional)
- Picante sauce (optional)
make it
Dice chicken breast into 1/2 inch pieces. Heat oil. Saute chicken until just done (about 5-10 minutes on medium heat).
Drain and rinse chicken. Add in cream cheese and taco seasoning. Stir until chicken is evenly coated.
Heat grill/griddle. (I use my George Foreman Grill). Put tortilla shell onto grill and add chicken mixture onto about half of shell. Cover with shredded cheese and fold over tortilla shell. Heat about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly browned.
Cut into four section with pizza cutter or sharp knife. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce on the side.
Notes
Makes great appetizer, meal or snack.
