Chicken & Ramen Noodles

what you need
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles (fish or chicken flavor)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks (or substitute: shrimp)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1-2 Tbsp. KRAFT Creamy Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh or powdered ginger

Prepare Ramen Noodles as directed, but use only one flavor packet (to reduce sodium). Set aside.

Sautee onion and garlic in a skillet with oil. Add chicken and cook until almost done, then add frozen veggies, horseradish, ginger, and noodles.

Toss together and heat through, and serve. (OR) Place noodles on a serving dish and spoon skillet contents over noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with Hokan Fish Sauce (a Thai seasoning of anchovy extract) or Hoy Choy Lite Soy Sauce.
