what you need
- 3 skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. red grapes
- 2 medium green apples
- 1 oz. walnuts
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
make it
Cook the chicken breasts and dice into 1 inch cubes.
Slice the grapes into halves, and dice the apples into 1/2 inch cubes. Add to the chicken.
Mix in the walnuts and yogurt.
Notes
Wrap in lettuce leaves and enjoy, or spread for a sandwich.
Plain yogurt can also be substituted for vanilla or any other favorite.
