make it
Put Kraft Thousand Island Dressing into a bowl or plate. Clean chicken breast and remove excess fat. Coat each chicken breast with dressing. Let stand 5 minutes.

In grill bag, put olive oil, vegetables, and then add chicken breasts. Quarter the 1/2 stick of butter and place into the bag. Salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste.

Place on grill and cover. Let cook 45 minutes. Remove from grill and open carefully being cautious of steam, serve hot.
Notes
This is a great zesty moist chicken dinner and best of all low fat and carbs.

This meal is so easy to prepare especially if you are in the middle of something like I was the day I put it together.

My husband and I were working on our flower beds all day, I had chicken breast out and really didn't want to stop to prepare a big meal, so I got into the fridge and thought hey this might be good. Once I got it on the grill I left it and went back to my planting, 45-55 minutes later we were eating a great dinner.
