Makes: 6 servings Total Time: 30 min

what you need
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped or crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Kraft Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup Kraft Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • Egg whites
make it
Rub 1 large cookie sheet with one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Then open 2 cans of crescent rolls and lay the dough of each set of dough flat like it was for a rectangle pizza.

Then cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Brown in a large skillet in one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with a sprinkle of chopped garlic and chopped green onion.

While chicken is browning, mix Kraft Miracle Whip, Kraft grated Mild Cheddar Cheese and broccoli florets. When the chicken has cooked fold it into the broccoli mixture. Lay half of the mixture on each of the 2 crescent roll doughs lengthwise then fold the dough over the mixture to cover all openings then spread this tube looking object with egg whites. Last twist the tube and cover the rest with the egg whites.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. When cooked, cut into 6 smaller tubes for 6 servings.
Egg whites brushed over the dough will not only make the bread flakier but keep the dough from breaking open when you twist it.
