what you need
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 6 oz. grilled chicken strips
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Add all ingredients into a large pot.
Cook until the broth comes to a boil. Let cook until the veggies are nice and tender, or you can stab them easily with a fork.
Do not drain, and serve hot. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
