what you need
- 6 pieces skinned chicken
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
make it
Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart glass baking pan.
Refrigerate. Marinate skinless chicken for 1/2 hour. Flip and marinate for another 1/2 hour.
Bake in the oven, covered with foil, for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, refrigerate and marinate overnight.
