Chocolate Cake with Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

what you need
  • 1 box (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 jar (7-1/2 oz.) marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
make it
1. Prepare, bake and cool cake mix according to package directions for 13 x 9-inch pan*.

2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat marshmallow cream, peanut butter and spread until smooth. Increase speed to medium and beat in remaining ingredients until blended.

3. Frost cake. Cut into squares to serve.
Notes
*If desired, prepare 8- or 9-inch layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
