Chocolate Tofu Pie

what you need
  • 24 oz. Tofu
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Prepared Crust
make it
Preheat oven to 375*. Blend Tofu in food processor until smooth. Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla And vinegar. Blend until smooth.

Pour into crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate until well chilled.
You will need Sicken Tofu, unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Vanilla, Cider Vinegar and Perpared Graham Cracker or Chocolate cookie crust.

Top with some good old whipped cream, if desired
