Chop Chop Salad

what you need
  • 1 1/2 bags romaine lettuce
  • Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian croutons
  • 1/2 cup prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup capicola
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
make it
Put the lettuce in the serving bowl. Then add the dressing and cruttons.

Get the prosciutto and capicola and chop it into bite size pieces. After add it to the salad.

Grate the parmesan cheese then add it to the salad. Mix.
I measured the quantity of the prosciutto and capicola by chopping it before.

If liked cook the prosciutto to a little crisp to add more flavor.

If the quantity isn't enough then add more.
