Chunky Tomato Garlic Salsa

what you need
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced sweet onion tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
  • 6 button mushrooms, cut in quarters (optional)
make it
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until all liquid is reduced and salsa is thick. It is best served warm.
Sliced garlic works best to get a burst of flavor. This is great on meatloaf or burgers but I've also used it on chicken.
