Clean Finger Buffalo Chicken

what you need
- 3 pounds chicken tenderloins, thawed
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) buffalo wing sauce
- 1 pkg. Kraft Shake 'N Bake Ranch and Herb Crusted Coating Mix
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) Kraft Ranch Dressing (optional)
make it
Place thawed chicken in a Ziploc bag. Pour buffalo wing sauce over chicken and seal bag. Move chicken around in bag to coat with sauce, then place in fridge for 30 minutes to a few hours. Drain off excess sauce.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and follow directions on the Shake 'N Bake package for coating chicken. Place on a well greased sheet pan.
Cook 20 minutes till golden brown.
Notes
Could be served for finger food at parties. My kids love this recipe. I normally serve this with mac and cheese and a small salad.
