what you need
- Cocktail Sauce:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Juice of 1/4 large lemon
- Prepared horseradish, to taste
- Lemon Dill Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Kraft or quality mayonnaise
- Juice of 1/4 large lemon
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced shallot

Mix well.
Put them in refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving.
