Cold Vegetable Pizza

what you need
  • 2 large cans Pillsbury Crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg. (8-ounce each) cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup Kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • Assortment of fresh carrots, green peppers, green onions or shallots, tomatoes, broccoli (chopped fine), cauliflower (chopped fine)
make it
Spread crescent roll dough in two lightly greased baking sheets. Press seams together. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix, and spread over cooled crust.

Chop all vegetables and mix together in large bowl. Place raw vegetables on top of spread. Chill. Cut into squares and serve.
