what you need
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef (do not brown)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. regular prepared mustard
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 can (6 oz.) water
- 4 or 5 hot dogs, ground up
make it
Combine everything except hot dogs & simmer until thick.
Add ground up hot dogs. Cook 15 minutes longer, stirring often so it doesn't stick.
Use to top hot dogs.
