Cool Corn and Black Bean Salsa

what you need
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can white shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes (I like grape tomatoes that have been quartered)
  • 1/2 bottle KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • Cilantro chopped
make it
Drain and rinse beans and corn. Add onion and tomato and toss lightly with Italian dressing.

Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Garnish with cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips or baked pita chips; or use as garnish for grilled chicken or fish.
