Cool Ranch Chicken from the Kitchen of Papa Cookie

what you need
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottle (24 ounce) buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 4 cups Panko or fine bread crumbs
make it
Wash and clean chicken breasts. Mix parmesan cheese and buttermilk dressing together. Coat chicken in the dressing/parmesan, then roll in the panko or find bread crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet.

Bake in a 350ºF oven till it reaches 165ºF.
