what you need
  • 2 cans sliced carrots
  • 1 med. size onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
make it
Drain carrots. Slice onion into rings and green pepper into strips and add to carrots.

Mix oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, soup, salt and pepper. Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.

Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Serve cold.
