what you need
- 1 pkg. hot dogs
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Milk
- Oil
make it
Cut hot dogs in 2 or 3 inch pieces which ever you like.
Combine biscuit mix, cornmeal, egg and sugar. Add enough milk to make it batter consistency. Coat hot dogs well in batter.
Fry in 2 inches of hot oil.
