what you need
- 1 pound hamburger
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 1/4 package onion soup mix
- 1 package ranch mix
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 teaspoons of butter (not required)
- 4 strips bacon, cooked
- 8 slices Pepper Jack cheese or favorite cheese
make it
Heat grill. Mix thawed hamburger, salt pepper, onion and ranch mix, egg, water in a large mixing bowl.
Form 4 patties, and take to grill. Cook 4-7 minutes depending on your preference, flip and cook another 3-5 minutes. Once flipped lightly butter buns and toast, until burgers are ready.
Put burgers on buns with bacon and cheese.
Notes
Grilled onions go nicely on top, serve with your favorite garnishes.
