what you need
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, and pour into 13x9x2 inch cake pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
Notes
This is a favorite of mine, passed down thru generations in our family. This makes a very moist and delicious cake.
