Cream of Coconut Cake

what you need
  • 1 Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 small bag Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Bake cake according to directions in a 9x13 baking dish or pan.

While cake is hot, poke holes in it with a large meat fork. Pour Eagle Brand Milk evenly over the cake and let soak in for a few minutes. Then pour can of cream of coconut over the top and refrigerate till cool.

Ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. This is absolutely divine.
This cake keeps in the refrigerator very well and can be made ahead of time.
