what you need
- 3 boxes instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can eagle brand condensed can milk
- 1 qt. heavy cream
- 1 baked pie crust
- *if coconut pie- golden coconut for top
- *if chocolate pie- grate chocolate for top
- *if banana - sliced bananas for top
make it
Combine instant pudding and water and mix well. Add condensed milk. Mix well till creamy; chill.
Mix heavy cream at low speed, then medium speed. When it starts to thicken beat at high speed until it his firm peak. Fold 1/2 the whipped cream mixture into pudding mixture until completely mixed.
Pour pudding mixture into baked pie crust. Spread remaining whip cream on top of pie. Garnish top*
*if coconut pie - sprinkle lightly golden coconut on top
*if chocolate pie - grate chocolate on top of cream pie
*if banana - slice bananas on top
Chill for 1 hour then serve.
