what you need
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (21 ounce) cherry pie filling

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a mixer bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50 to 55 minutes.
3. Top with sour cream, and then bake 5 minutes longer. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling.
