Creamy Baked Chicken Spaghetti with Asiago

what you need
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 pound spaghetti pasta
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 container (16 oz.) heavy whipping cream
- 1 bag grated asiago cheese (about 1.5 cups)
- 1 bag grated parmesan cheese (about 1.5 cups), divided
- Garlic salt and pepper to taste
make it
Bake, boil or put chicken in crock-pot on low for 8 hours until ready for it, and then just cut into bite sized pieces. Boil pasta of your choice according to cooking instructions. Mix sour cream, whipping cream, asiago cheese, and half the parmesan cheese. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Mix chicken, pasta and sauce and put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle all the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Notes
It will be golden brown on top. I served with green bean casserole, and just cooked both the main dish and side dish in the oven together. It was soooo good.
