Creamy Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

what you need
  • 1 pound boneless chicken
  • 1 medium size onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • 36 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Kraft Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
make it
First you cook the chicken and onions till brown. Set aside. Fry your tortillas in just enough oil to coat them while frying, a few seconds on each side, set on paper towels to soak up oil. Once you have enough start making enchiladas.

Take corn tortilla and build with a spoon of chicken and a dab of cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Then wrap tortilla and put in a 3 quart baking dish.

Once you have finished them put enchilada sauce on top and add rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly about 20 minutes.
