Creamy Chicken and Pesto with Pasta

- 3 cups bow tie pasta, uncooked
- 1 package (16 oz.) ground chicken or turkey
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
make it
Boil water for pasta; cook and drain.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown ground chicken or turkey. Drain fat. Add soup, pesto sauce and half-and-half to skillet; bring to a boil and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
Stir in pasta and heat through.
Notes
I have also seen this recipe include 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast cubed, instead of the package of ground chicken.
Also, for a lighter calorie option, use low fat milk.
