Crock-Pot Beef Stew

what you need
  • 1- 2 lb. stewing beef
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 or 5 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 or 5 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can early peas
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp. bay leaves crushed
make it
Put meat, 1 cup water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and 2 bouillon cubes in crock-pot on high for 1 hour or until meat is browned.

Turn pot to low and add all other ingredients, stir well. Leave in pot stirring occasionally for 6- 7 hours.
Notes
Very stress free recipe.
