Crock-Pot Pork Chops Supreme

what you need
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 to 6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
make it
Lightly spray slow cooker with butter or garlic flavored nonstick cooking spray.

Put onions and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Top with pork chops, salt and pepper, pour soup over chops.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until tender.

Rated  by kathyann_74 on 4/4/2008 When my husband raved on and on about this meal, I was embaressed at how easy it was. I didn't have mushroom soup, so I used cream of potato and a few extra spices and it came out great! Will definately make again.
